Reservations, Rescheduling, Cancellations etc.

Cancellations and Refunds: 
Cancellations must be made 48 hours before DM & Dine session is scheduled. Refunds will be returned via your method of payment and will not be made after the gaming session has already occurred barring unforeseen circumstances (car accident, hospital visit etc).
If you do not contact us to reschedule before or after and are a no-show for your gaming session, we will retain $100 as a deposit for the Dungeon Master. 
For group packages, if one of your party members does not show up, you do not get a refund of a percentage of the package price. 
For non-group gaming sessions, refunds will not be issued after the gaming session or workshop has occurred barring unforeseen circumstances. 


Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please contact manor-reservations@stormcrow.com within 72-48 hours of your gaming session or workshop time and we will try to accommodate you as best as possible. 

 

Anti-Harassment Policy

The Storm Crow welcomes people of all genders and gender expressions, sexualities, countries of origin, races, abilities and body types. We aim to provide a safe space for all and do not tolerate bullying such as aggressive gatekeeping or harassment of any kind. 
If somebody is making you uncomfortable, please discretely alert the staff and we will do our best attend to the situation through whatever means available to us. 
If you are making somebody uncomfortable including servings staff, Dungeon Masters or other guests, we will ask you to curb your behaviour or give you the choice to pay your bill and leave.


Allergies and food sensitives
Please let us know of any food allergies or sensitivities so we can inform our kitchen about them to make sure you have a safe and enjoyable experience. Our staff at the Storm Crow Manor are trained to accomodate allergies safely when prepping your meals. Some of our drinks and shots do contain traces of nuts or dairy as well but they have been noted on our menu and our bartenders and staff have been trained to notify our guests when they do. 
We also offer a variety of gluten-friendly and vegan options to accomodate those with alternative diets or restrictions; you can find our menus online via www.stormcrowmanor.com.
Ask our DM & Dine contact or your server if you have any questions or concerns about our menu.
